Today Brianna got to go with Jenna to Ballet. They need a little girl in their final show performance, so she'll be going on Tuesdays and practicing and be in the show! Anyway, she got all ready to go and Reggie went up to Jenna and said, "Jenna, I think they need another little ballerino (ya ballerino not ballerina) tonight."
He cried and cried because of course he couldn't go...and I had to tell him that maybe they'll need another one another time. He said "okay, but how do you know that?" So I made something up...and then he blew his nose and wiped his tears and later at the table he quietly whispered while his hands were in prayer formation and he was gazing upwards..."oh, I hope they phone and tell Mom they need another Ballerino tonight!!!"
Never, ever, a dull moment with that boy. One minute he's changing his clothes that I pick out for him for a more 'cool' look (including the belt and hoodie...just like Lewis), and instructing me how to style his hair and with which product...and the next...he's begging to be a Ballerino.
Reggie is awesome. Just sayin'.
