I can't live without chaos?

I decided with all the kids in school, it was too quiet around here.  I decided to become a foster parent...for dogs!  We really would like to have one again, but we haven't had the best of luck with some of our previous pets.  I thought it would be a great idea, because if the foster dog is a fit with our family, we get first dibs!  So we have a very awesome guy named Milo and he is nearly perfect.  He has some hound-sniffing genes in him so if we let him loose, he bolts!  Not great when we live on an acreage that is half fenced only!  So he is up for adoption and hopefully finds a great home soon.  Then the shelter emailed and said they are in desperate need to free up space and they had 20 puppies that really need some love until they are ready to go...yeah...so I'm a bit of a sucker for puppies and decided to take all 4 from one litter.  They are 4 weeks old and so adorable.  So my life is a bit busier, but at this time of the year, I am grateful for the distraction.  Puppy time is always good therapy, and cheap, too!

When the web manager (in charge of posting pics and bios of the foster dogs ready to be adopted) emailed me for the pictures and bio, I sent them and she replied with great compliments and asked if I'd be willing to volunteer to take pics of other pets going on the web to be adopted!  That's kinda cool.  So, I said yes.  ;)

I think this is where the phrase "Dog pile on..." came from.  Too cute.  The other little girl is Eve.

Charlie, Eve and Jack.  If you sit down near them, they literally pile up on you to snuggle and fall asleep.
