The good news is that it was seriously beautiful weather and the kids didn't need to wear snow suits under their costumes!

Halloween
As you know, this is my LEAST favourite day of the year, but for the children's sake, it still goes on in our family! The girls were in a bit of hot water this week so they had to suffer the consequence of no Trick-or-Treating. Lewis took the boys out for an hour or so, and the girls stayed home with me to hand out candy...we didn't get a single little soul! Our neighbours brought us over little goodie bags for the kids and said they never get kids at their door...so we did the same thing and waited it out, and yup, nothing.
