Reggie is growing up?

Well, this kid provides us with endless opportunity to laugh, and sometimes just drop our jaws to the ground...

This morning I saw him in his bathroom brushing his teeth and I thought he had some of that strawberry toothpaste on his cheek so I pointed that out to him from a distance...he began inspecting and I continued to the 'hair station'.  Once it was his turn for hair, I noticed the red spot and turned his face to have a closer look but he announced as I turned his head "I've got pimples coming on because I'm growing up."  I just didn't even know how to respond except for..."oh, okay."  And carried on with the hair.

I just found out from a friend of mine (who's in charge of the Primary Program at church) that a while ago, they had set up a DVD for the kids about Jesus and the room was kind of dark and the kids all quietly watching until the DVD just stopped in the middle and got hung up.  All was quiet until they heard Reggie from amongst the crowd of kiddos..."well, that's awkward."

And then there's the issue with him biting a girl in the shoulder at school.  His defence:  "Well, she told me that at recess she was going to chase me and bite me, so I decided that I didn't want her to do that, so I just bit her right there...first."
