Jimmy has an above average IQ in his non-verbal skills...not so great on his verbal skills...but he works very hard at it! Well, Friday after school he brought some paper and crayons to the table beside me and wrote down some numbers in boxes across from one another and said "okay Mom, which number is bigger?" I replied that I wanted him to tell me...so he said "okay...then I'll do THIS..." and proceed to draw the greater-than sign in between...of course pointing in the right direction! He continued to do some more and even included an = to example!
It's so awesome to watch him learn and actually LOVE the process! He's such a positive dude!
