A "Fagulous" story...

Well, a lot of you have had the great privilege of getting to know our children...some, only through this medium, which is better than nothing!

As you may be aware, one very 'prominent' member of the family, (likely due to his naturally infectious personality and incredibly witty charm) makes the 'news' quite often as he is very vocal and animated.  He's always moving, talking, asking questions, and provides constant entertainment.

While on holidays this summer in Fairmont, BC, I was standing in the kitchen and Reggie walked in (well, if I remember correctly, he came in and started break dancing on the kitchen floor).  He stood up and looked at me and said "Mom, you are fagulous."  I looked at him and said "pardon me?"  He repeated the exact same words.  I then asked:  "Oh, do you mean fabulous?" and he replied "Ya! Fagulous!"  I then tried to get him to pronounce the 'b' sound in the word and he just kept looking at me like he was thinking, "um, is there a problem, isn't that what I said?"  So I just smiled and thanked him for saying so.  He then held up 3 fingers and said, "Ya, only 2 of us are fagulous, you, and me!"  I was thinking, "dude, you need to get to kindergarten, and fast!"  As I laughed, I thanked him again and told him I thought he was fagulous too, of course, so he was absolutely correct!

He continues to tell me at least once a day how fagulous I am, and I am so grateful that my 4 year old thinks so...and hope when he's 14 he still thinks I'm totally 'fagulous'.  (AND, when he's 24, 34, 44 and so on!)

Feel free to tell someone you love how 'fagulous' they are!  It will make their day, I promise.
