My kids know how much I love to bake and create for them. So considering the fact that my mother's Bosch that I've been using for years (about 30 years old) finally gave up the ghost...they got to work and found this beautiful machine that just arrived today! So I'm about to christen it with some Chocolate Chip Cookie dough...bound to be a success! The cool thing is that you can get attachments like a pasta maker etc. as well so that is a cool option!
